Securities & Franchise Litigation

We also represent clients in securities litigation and franchise litigation/arbitration.

Our securities litigation/arbitration practice includes employment disputes, customer disputes and other industry disputes. We handle employment related matters involving employees, employers, registered representatives, broker-dealers, associated persons and principals. These may involve claims for compensation and benefits, claims of unlawful termination, and claims relating to the language on a Form U-5. We also handle customer dispute cases involving customers, brokers and brokerage firms. We represent clients before FINRA (NASD & NYSE) and in other forums.

Our franchise litigation practice includes franchisee-franchisor disputes, including claims for breach of contract, franchisee holdover, trademark infringement, and franchise agreement termination, and under trade regulation rules enacted by the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”), rules set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”), and provisions of New York State Law including N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 680 et seq.

We represent clients seeking a broad variety of damages and other relief on such claims.
